User Information:
- Keep the knee joint straight. Place the doughnut-like opening of ACTIGUARD on the patella. Ensure the long strap is at your thigh side and the short strap at the bottom.
- Wrap ACTIGUARD around the knee and fix the single arm of ACTIGUARD in the middle with a slight stretch.
- Hold the 2 arms on the other side and wrap it around the knee in the opposite direction.
- Ensure the right fit by adjusting the velcro.
