Syrebo is a Robotic Rehabilitation system of the hand that helps patients regain hand mobility through motor re-learning.
It is well known that sensory signals such as visual and auditory sensory inputs reach those parts of the brain that modulate function and excitability, and therefore this can improve a patient’s motor learning abilities.
The patient’s attention is drawn to a visually displayed signal and consequently it can be used to initiate the task of movement. This biofeedback shown to the patient helps to promote motor learning via interactive use.
