Responsibilities
Human Resource
  • Orientation on company policy for new hiring.
  • Arrangement of external & internal training.
  • Monthly wages, salary report to Accounts department, monthly manpower & training report.
  • Administartion function: maintain & update the staff personal files, EPF, SOSCO, computer payroll.
Accounts
  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of periodic and ad-hoc management report
  • Liaise with Auditor/ tax agents and government authorities.
  • Accounts payable & receivable activities and transactions.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Iskandar.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources & Accounts or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
